Rod needs to be built better; it's falling apart. The second day I got it, the bottom piece of the handle broke off, and I don't know how.

It's a good rod.

I'd appreciate it if, since the eyelets have bent easily and it's become splintered so quickly, I could replace it. I'll recommend it again, and it's a good medium-heavy rod to use for bass fishing.

The fishing rod was rated for line up to 20-pound test. I was fishing with 12-pound test, hooked to a fish, and the tip snapped off. I would like a new rod through Walmart, seeing as I paid for the protection plan.

The reel broke at the foot while fishing,first time using it. I need someone to call me back or email me ,this is under warranty is less than six months old. I've never had issues with shakespeare reels ever in my entire life.

Reel does not function properly !!!better off buying a more expensive reel in the first place

My husband got a micro rod thats 4 foot and he has had it for about 3 weeks so we dobt have a reCepiet and im trying to figure out how to go about gettin a replacement he loves the rod and doesnt want to have to get something he doesnt like im very upset for him that this has happened

I am very disappointed with this issue where I cast it about 50 yards and it just stops, I have tried EVERYTHING from changing the drag to putting new line on and it still just stops. I would like a replacement reel sent to me if possible as I am very dissatisfied with this product

I need a crank arm for a Shakespeare's Intrepid spinning reel. The arm that connects to the reel body has broken.

It was extremely hard to get someone to speak to. I spent about an hour on and off the phone trying to navigate the telephone prompts.

It was very frustrating but I know once I get a hold of someone at Shakespeare I use to get exactly what I want. She tried to send me a schematic of exactly the part I was processing, but I never got the email for about 20 minutes on the phone with her back-and-forth.

Im sure to correct products and if not, Ill make arrangements to return it. Its funny though that the pipes easy cheaper than the shipping and handling lol, thank you very much for everything you do for the public

Got a 7 foot casting rod from Walmart snapped while setting the hook on a pound an 1/2 *** largemouth. Kept my receipt and Walmart still wouldn't replace it . It was a medium heavy fast action the rod is pretty legit i have two i think i just purchased a lemon

8' were broken and i want to find the original guides for replacment

My rod broke I want my new one I'm still under my one year warranty!!! I have had it six weeks..

I've never hade to have the receipt to get new free rod st Walmart especially Shakespeare.. never for twenty years has Walmart turned me down. On replacement rods of same brand or equal value . Now my rod had a Shakespeare one year warranty.

Ille send the rod to us no biggie or pics whichever u want but by law Shakespeare's rods factory owes.

Good afternoon I have an ugly stick GX two that broke at the joint from the base of the rod to the next section up. I was wonder if I can get a replacement I got it at bass, pro sporting goods.
